Rooms run mesh by default and auto-scale to an in-bridge SFU when bandwidth tightens or a room grows past the configured threshold. The table below shows the per-room state and lets you pin a room to mesh / sfu / auto.

Per-room state & manual override

Force a room to SFU, mesh, or auto. Auto lets the room follow its default behaviour; SFU and mesh are explicit operator pins. The Live column shows the bridge's view of real publishers and subscribers for each room.
