- DSA (Regulation 2022/2065) — age-verification obligations for platforms; EU Wallet age attestation is the reference implementation.
- eIDAS 2.0 Article 5f — large-platform acceptance mandate binding Dec 2027; VLOPs and VLOSEs are in scope.
- GDPR data minimisation — DCQL query returns just the claim(s) needed. No blanket PID retention.
- DSA account-sharing — not mandated but a growing pain point (Netflix crackdown, gym crackdown); wallet-bound holder binding via KB-JWT means the credential can’t be reused by a different device without re-consent.
